Information for authors who will present in the Poster Oral Session

1. Is Question-and-answer session included in 5 minutes of presentation?
Ans: Q&A is not included in 5 minutes, however, the total time for each person will be controlled within 7 minutes.

2. In addition to the poster material, is there need to make PowerPoint presentation materials?
Ans: Yes, please prepare PowerPoint file for your 5 min presentation. Please save your file with USB memory stick and download to the conference laptop before the oral session.

3. Which time is correct start time of "Poster oral session" ? From 16:30 to 17:30 (wrriten in e-mail). From 15:40 to 16:40 (written in website) .
